The Flange Management module allows users to define and register flanged joints with detailed specifications including joint
identification. The software integrates an ASME PCC-1 compliant bolting calculator that determines optimal bolt stress values and
torque/tension parameters based on flange size, class, materials, gasket type, and service conditions. Torque and tension values
can be expressed in both metric and imperial units, with automatic calculation of bolt size, quantity, nut materials, and associated
washers.
Tools and tensioners are managed within the software, allowing users to record actual torque or tension activities, link specific
tooling models to flange activities, and generate detailed sign-off and quality control reports. The software’s activity tracking
ensures that both planned and executed tasks are documented and can be reviewed for operational compliance and historical
reporting.
